Shawnee provides a school based program that offers behavioral health services in schools.  Research shows that early intervention is key and that social and emotional learning is the foundation for learning, growing and overall wellbeing.  Because children spend so much time in the school environment it is the perfect place to support children and their families. 

 Working collaboratively with the school, our clinical staff are embedded into the school environment to provide a seamless support system for all students.  Services are provided whenever and whenever there is a need.  Services include counseling, case management, crisis, information and referral, consultations and presentations if requested.
